All,

While I don't believe my availability and that of Ferst align particularly well, from the side of the State I'd be amenable to standard terms and bail value as per the DOJ regulations. I don't believe the defendant to be a flight risk.

The State would ask for a particular restriction on no access to Eclipse Towers.
State would request bail amount of $450,000, usual 10% of that amount payable now.

Mr Sinclair has been in jail over 6 years now with no judge attached to his case and seeking bail for 3 years. Due to his right to a speedy trial and that not being afforded at this time, we would request a reasonable bail amount to be afforded to him. He is willing to comply with the standard bail conditions.
