UPDATED PLEA AGREEMENT (WAITING FOR DISTRICT ATTORNEY REPRESENTING MR. CHADDINGTON TO AGREE TO TERMS WITH HIS CLIENT)
Ched Chaddington was found with 105 Grams of Cocaine, and 200 grams of fentanyl on his person. after a search from a search warrant signed by a judge, we found a total of 630 grams of cocaine, 21 total guns, 2683 grams of marijuana, 66x 9mm, 159x .50 AE, 47x 12 gauge, 15x .38 long colt, 139x .45 ACP, BCSO Badge, BCSO Handcuffs, and $70832. Mr Chaddington was willing to accept a plea agreement for 2x Drug Trafficking, 1x Weapon Trafficking, 1x Possession of Gov. Equipment, and Trespassing in leu of a Court Date.
Agreement:
Mr. Chaddington will be fined $2,000,000 Dollars
Mr. Chaddington will spend 13 Years in Bolingbroke Penitentiary
Mr. Chaddington will receive 5 yrs of State Monitored Probation immediately upon his release
Mr. Chaddington will surrender his bravado (5988) and Scout (6690) and the cost of both vehicles will go into helping him pay the fine.
Probation Requirements:
Mr Chaddington will be required to check in with his Probation Officer (987 Back Shots) Daily and can have their persons AND property searched without Reasonable suspicion or probable cause once daily. During probation, Mr. Ched chaddington will submit himself to a Random drug test daily. Mr. Ched chaddingtons persons or properties can be searched once daily while on probation. Mr. Ched will check in with his probation officer daily. A failure on this drug test, checking in daily, or refusing to submit to tests/searches of person and properties at ANY time constitutes a failure of probation and Mr. Chaddington would be incarcerated for the remainder of his probation.
Mr. Chaddington will consume no Alcohol or Drugs during his probation since he was found with copious amounts of drugs,
Mr. Chaddington will carry no Firearms or Melee Weapons (to include knives, machetes, bats, sledge hammers, or other items that could be used as a blunt instrument)
Mr. Chaddington will be subject to random searches of his person and properties during his time on probation only once a day, no more or less, and will be written down by the Probation officer when it is done in an investigation report.
Mr. Chaddington will not commit any Felonies or Misdemeanors while on probation. Being arrested and charged with either, regardless of plea, will constitute a failure to meet probation requirements.
Mr. Chaddington will complete 1 Hour of community Service to be overseen by his Probation Officer Cadet Back Shots.
