GTA - not guilty
Theft of a Motor - guilty
Failure to Obey - guilty
Resisting - not guilty
Battery against an LEO - guilty
Attempted Murder of a Gov employee - guilty
Findings + Reasoning:
Mr. Alh-bert is facing a number of charges from his incident earlier today, all of which he has plead not guilty to. While on the stand, Mr. Alh-bert stated he had not 1 but 2 firearms on his person, which he does not have a license to have. Therefore, Mr. Alh-bert will be found guilty of Criminal Possession of a Firearm. Mr. Alh-bert was also driving a car that was not registered to him, which he has no license to drive. He even stated the lady screamed when he took the car. He will be found guilty of Theft of a Motor Vehicle. Although he was an interference car in the boost, he was not in possession of the other car. While he was an accomplice, there is no accomplice prong attached to the GTA, so I must find him not guilty on that charge. His failure to obey in the cells by not standing up and complying with Bloom is enough to find him guilty of the charge failure to obey. However, it is not enough to charge him with resisting, and there was not enough evidence provided to show he was indeed resisting at any time, except for what the failure to obey charge covered, which fits better for the incident. He will also be found guilty of battery against an LEO because he punched Bloom a few times in the cells. And most importantly, he will be found guilty of attempted murder of a gov employee because he shot Bloom and a decently close range with a shotgun. This is something that could have very easily killed Bloom, thankfully his vest took the brunt of the force.
