Reason for Suit:
I sued Billy Porkins on 4/12/2025 for running me over and I won the case. Billy Porkins kept threatening he was going to stab me when I left the court house. I told the judges to put it on the record that Porkins was threatening me. As soon as I left the courthouse, he stabbed me.
I am suing for the following:
Medical fees: $700
Wage loss: $6,000
Pain and suffering: $4,000
Administrative fees: $2,000
Total: $12,700
If I retain a lawyer for this, I would also like to tac on legal fees as well.
