Notice of Entry
Morgan Luna-Schofield, District Attorney - I am entering to address an issue relative to this case.
@[deleted] - Good Morning! I have granted Mr. Cockburn's lawyer access to the investigative reports regarding this arrest as per the subpoena submitted. Unfortunately, it seems that after disagreeing with the State about allowing access to the attached reports through the subpoena that was filed, you've marked one of these reports (When the Snow Melted - Quirk) as confidential and removed my access along with Mr. Law's access after I've attached him to it, thereby concealing evidence. I am going to need you to restore access to this report, Captain Quirk, as you cannot hide evidence from the State or the Defendant especially after the State had already granted access to said evidence through a subpoena. If your concern is that the report was not secured and/or sensitive information was not redacted 48 hours after the arrest, then you will need to immediately provide a redacted report and attach myself and Mr. Law to said report. I am unsure if that is something you are working on currently, so if it is, then please make sure you get us attached to it as soon as you can.
I am looping @[deleted] into this so he is aware of the situation at hand.
